Rejoice! The South Boston location of The Paramount will be opening Monday, Dec. 12, 2011. Take a look at their breakfast, lunch and dinner menus here. This girl is definitely looking forward to trying the malted Belgian waffle and the caramel and banana French toast!
The Paramount joins Southie’s ever-growing list of great restaurants and is a very welcome addition to the neighborhood. I think we can all safely predict that this place is going to be packed, so get there early and claim your seat!
